DC & NY Vacation

Over the 4th we took a little vacation to Washington D.C. and New York City. We had a great time although it was very warm and we did a lot of walking (which tired this girl out). We got to see everything we wanted and got to view a couple nice 4th of July fireworks.

 Following the show the huge crowd just walked down the middle of the D.C. roads. It was pretty crazy, felt like we were part of a mob

 The city at night. Our hotel was right on Times Square which put us right in the middle of all the action.

The subways in NYC - yes they were not very well kept up. I'm sure many rats live in there.

 We took this amazing night boat ride out to the Statue of Liberty. Probably my favorite part of the trip. So relaxing and beautiful to see the city all lite up.

 Concluding with a TMZ bus tour (unfortunately, no celebrities were seen)
