Our Week with Parker

Leah and I got to spend the whole week with Parker this week because he didn't have daycare. We had so much fun. He was very well behaved all week and he's such a good cousin to Leah. He was so patient with her (and her crying) all week!

We did projects and crafts

Took naps together

Gave lots of kisses. Parker also was so nice to share his blanket with Leah anytime she cried. Then he would give it to her and say "Leah like it." Super cute!

And sometimes Leah just chilled

We even made it into Fargo one day to visit Tiff's work, go to McDonalds and go shopping. And that went really well too (luckily)! We had a great time with you Parker.. come back anytime! Although this mommy is a little excited to be down to just one kid during the day again next week. 

Paige is 6!!

Happy Birthday to our wonderful cousin/niece, Paige! You have become such a smart, funny and creative little girl and we have loved watching you grow the last 6 years.

Leah couldn't ask for a better big cousin! I'm sure you are going to teach her so much throughout the years.

Have a wonderful birthday Paige, you deserve it!

Baptism

Leah was baptized last Sunday (2-19-12). She got to dress up in her pretty dress (made by Grandma D) and everything went great until the priest poured that water on her head.. then she screamed and screamed through the rest of her part. She definitely let us know she wasn't a fan. But we all had a great day with our amazing family all here to celebrate with us. Thank you everyone who came and shared Leah's special day with her!

Three Weeks Old

2 Week Check-Up

I've known Leah's favorite thing to do was eat, but it was confirmed today at her 2 week check-up. She's growing so fast!! I couldn't believe it and she might be getting her daddy's height.

Birth Stats:

Wt - 7# 15.5 oz

Ht - 20 inches

Head - 34.5 cm

2 Week Check-Up: 

             Wt - 9# 9oz  (Wt for length - 35th percentile,

                                Wt for age - 80th percentile)

Ht - 21.5 inches (80th percentile)

Head - 36 cm (50th percentile)

The doctor said everything looked great so it was a good first check-up!
