6 Hours!!

Leah had a major milestone last night (and a big one for mommy). She slept for 6 hours straight!! I fed her at 10 p.m., put her in her crib at 10:30 p.m. and she slept until 4:30 a.m. I couldn't believe it when I got up and looked at the clock.

Granted, she was VERY crabby the evening before this and her crying and arm/leg flailing probably exhausted her. But hey, it was 6 hours and that's the longest this mommy has slept (in a row) in 7 weeks!

Great Job Leah! Let's hope it isn't a fluke and you can sleep for that long again tonight! 

To Grandma's House We Go

Leah and I made a day road trip to visit Grandma C in Mandan yesterday. Grandpa had to work so we didn't get to see him for very long. Leah was so good in the car and slept all the way until we got to Bismarck.

We also went to visit Great Grandma Rose while she was volunteering at the hospital. Yes, she is 92 years old and still volunteers at the hospital, she is pretty amazing!

After that we went to lunch and to see Great Aunt Char and Great Uncle Eric.

It was a great day! Thanks Grandma for spending the whole day with us!

Our Day with Paige

Yesterday we got to spend the whole day with Paige because she didn't have school. We were supposed to spend today with her too but Parker was under the weather so they both had to stay home.

Thanks for a great day Paige. Leah had a blast with you and we can't wait for you to come over again soon to make up for today!

Getting So Big

We've had another busy week. Leah is definitely not a newborn that wants to sleep all the time anymore (regardless of the last post). She spends a lot of time looking at stuff, exploring and even starting to play with toys.
