Trip to Visit Grandma and Grandpa D

How do you know you have a really awesome aunt?

1. She takes all three of the grand kids by herself on a trip to visit Grandma and Grandpa's in Arizona
2. She pays for the whole trip and the extras
3. She takes them to fun places like Circus Circus
4. She never complains about the kids being naughty on the trip
5. She's more organized about the whole trip than Leah's mom is
6. She makes sure they all have a GREAT time!

Leah is one really spoiled little girl... thanks so much Auntie Chas for the trip (and to Grandma and Grandpa for hosting). It sounds like it was a really good time and we loved seeing all the pictures. Mom and Dad are jealous they couldn't go with!

 

Paige's Gymnastics

We also got to go watch Paige do her gymnastics routine. She did so wonderful. She even did a rolling jump off the trampoline and landed on her feet. It was pretty impressive. 

And of course Leah was in 'awe' because she is loving her own gymnastics right now, plus she always wants to be just like Paige. At one point she took her shoes off and wanted to go out on the floor to do a somersault too. 

Thanks for letting us come watch. Great job Paige!

Sleepover at Wixos

We love sleepovers at the Wixos. So many new toys to play with and it's always a great time. 

Parker's Hockey Game

Parker started hockey this year and we go to go watch his first game. He did a great job and it was amazing to see his progress from those first days of practice until this game. He even scored a goal!!

Great job Parker! Can't wait until next season!

Justin Timberlake Concert

We had a fun girl's night out at the Justin Timberlake concert. He put on a great show and we got super lucky because we got a big seat upgrade thanks to one of Chas's friends. It was a great night and we had a blast!

Gymnastics

We wanted to do something to get Leah out of the house this winter. It's been so cold we barely get outside. So we decided to sign her up for gymnastics. Ever since the first day, she has LOVED it. She ran right in and started playing on the equipment like she has gone there for years.

And besides a few breakdowns about with having to leave, it was a great way for her to run off some steam at night. Plus, mom thing she was super cute in her leotard so you'll see lots of gymnastics photos were taken.
