A Busy Day

Just a busy day playing outside, at the park, on the deck, inside on our roller coaster, with our doll house and then outside again in the rain. Leah liked to use her umbrella. 

Diaper Cake from Co-Workers

My co-workers made this super cute diaper cake for me and baby D. I love the castle idea and Leah loved  it too.. right away she went and got her princesses to play on it. You can see she didn't even have time to take her jacket off.

First Bike Trailer Ride

Leah is very spoiled and her Aunt Chas got this new bike trailer for her to ride in. Leah seems to really like it and luckily Chas is nice enough to come take her for bike rides since her mom and dad don't do that. Here's some pics of their first ride together.

To the Park

Running to the part with Paige and Parker... Paige takes such good care of Leah.

Circus

Chas invited Leah and I to come to the circus with her, Paige and Parker. Mommy hadn't been to the circus in a LONG time. The kids all were really good and seemed to all have a really great time. The only downfall was the busy time at intermission so we didn't get to do any of the horse or elephant rides. But besides that, surprisingly the circus kept them all entertained for the whole 2.5 hours (with the help of some treats).

This was Parker watching the motorcycle drivers. He LOVED that part... worth staying until the end for.

Play Date with Friends

"I Just Using It"

Grandma D made these nice blankets for the new baby... silky on one side and soft with dots on the other. Well, ever since Leah saw this one she needed to have it (they are her favorite kind) and uses it every day. We have explained to her many times that it is the baby's blanket and she agrees saying it's [Baby's Name] dee dee and she is "just using it." However, it will be interesting to see if this blanket gets back to the baby. :-)
